Camp Registration

Location: Camp La Vida in Winnsboro, South Carolina

Date: Sunday, July 26th - Friday, July 31st

Cost: $350 for T1Ds, $375 for Non T1D

We will not be able to “hold” spots as it will be a first-come, first-serve basis.

A camper spot will be reserved when the completed application and payment are received.

Applications will be available March 1st.

Step 1: Prepare Documentation

Before clicking the application link, you must have the following documents completed and scanned (or photographed) for upload:

Physical Form: Have it completed and signed by your physician.
Immunization Record: A current copy from your doctor.
Insurance Card: Clear photos of the front and back.
Signed Agreements: Download, sign, and scan the Mobile Device Policy, Behavioral Agreement, and the La Vida Release Form.

Step 2: Complete & Submit Application

Once your documents are ready, click the "Camper Application" link below.

Fill out the form in its entirety.
Upload all required documents listed above.

Step 3: Approval & Payment

Review: Our team will review your application. Once approved, you will receive an email containing a secure payment link.
Payment: To finalize your registration, please complete your payment within 24 hours of receiving the approval email.
Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Step 4: Get Ready for Camp!

Scholarships

We want to ensure that every camper has the chance to experience the magic of camp. To support our families, we are happy to offer financial assistance to help make your child's stay possible.

Eligibility: Scholarships are available exclusively for campers with Type 1 Diabetes.
Selection: Awards are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis based on financial need, which will be verified during the review process.
Deadline: The final day to apply for a scholarship is July 1, 2026.

How to Apply for a Scholarship

Register First: Complete the standard Camper Application and upload all required medical and legal documents.
Accessing the Request: Once your application is approved, you will proceed to the payment stage.
Submit Details: During the payment process, email registration@campsweetescape.com for further information on available scholarships before finalizing your balance.
