Being a Counselor in Training (CIT) at Camp Sweet Escape is an incredible opportunity for 16- and 17-year-olds to grow, learn, and develop leadership skills in a fun and supportive environment. As a CIT, you’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting experienced counselors, helping with daily camp activities, and learning the ins and outs of working with campers.
